• System startup: Turn on the power to the equipment and perform a self-test.
• Data preparation: Use a barcode scanner to scan the current wave number.
• Goods placement: The operator places each item onto the conveyor belt at the entrance, where the barcode/product code is automatically read.
• If the barcode/product code is successfully read, the RGV transports the item to the corresponding slot. If the barcode is unsuccessful, the RGV will discharge the item to the abnormal slot.
• Before the end of the wave, any abnormal items are scanned and re-verified by a PDA.
• End of wave: After the wave, the wire rod cart is removed from the wall, a new wire rod cart is installed, and the replaced wire rod cart is pushed to the verification station for verification, packaging, and shipment.
